No corona virus for telecom engineers : Today I am not writing this article happily, but I am writing with much difficulty, which is only related to the job life of my telecom friends. The biggest crisis in the world right now is the corona virus. From India to America and Spain to Italy, there are situations like destruction due to this virus. There is hardly any country in the world where corona virus is not affected.

Corona virus has been declared as a disaster all over the world but telecom engineers are still engaged in their work in the same way. All the telecom industries of the world used to believe that its employees are not affected by cold, heat, sun, rain, storm. Therefore, corona virus will not be affected to telecom engineers and employees can fight with corona virus to save their jobs.

" No corona virus for telecom engineers " You must have been very surprised to see this topic. I wrote this because we all know that more than 2.5 Million positive cases of corona virus have been reported worldwide, while more than ten thousand deaths have occurred. Italy has the highest number of deaths, around 3400 and China more than 3000.Maybe the reality is different.

You all must have felt very well that the Corona virus has no effect on the telecom sector so far. Why? Because employees in the telecom sector are not discharged even during normal days and there is no shutdown in telecom due to corona virus.Employees in the telecom sector are still working in the same way as before.

Truth of job in telecom sector

Job is in danger as soon as you join a job in the telecom sector, You work like an animal day and night, yet your performance is not good. It is often said that fix your performance or else you will be terminated.

Most harassment in the telecom sector is with field engineers.We all know that field engineers do most of the work in the telecom sector, yet their jobs are in the greatest danger. In the telecom sector, field engineers are mostly outsourced. That's why field engineers are more harassed.

Corona Virus and Voice of telecom engineers

The corona virus is spreading in the world so fast that we cannot imagine. There is a atmosphere of fear all over the world, every person is breathing in the fear. Every person trying to escape the corona virus but for telecom engineers there is no fear of corona virus.

Telecom engineers are working with honesty even in such situations to save their jobs.For which all telecom engineers are appreciated. I would like to coat what some telecom engineers say-

" What is the benefit of a corona virus disaster that cannot even provide us leave?"

" Are we not humans working in the telecommunications sector who cannot be affected by the corona virus? "

" When we cannot get relief even in the disaster of corona virus, then when will we get?" 

"Hey Corona virus, please arrange us rest now"

" The corona virus is also a disaster that cannot get us holidays".

These above statements are of telecom engineers, part of which I have tried to write. Telecom Industry needs to provide security to its employees. Reduce work pressure and allow employees to work as per their convenience.
